Terms and Conditions
- Registration Deadline: 31st January 2026
- Document Submission Deadline: 28th February 2026
- Each participant must pay in full within one week of registration closing.
- Late registration is subject to approval and an additional charge.
- 350 USD extra charge will be added for a single-bedroom occupancy request.
- After registration, the flight destination cannot be changed.
- After registration, cancellation costs 200 USD if the participant’s visa has not been submitted to the embassy.
- After visa approval, the package fee is non-refundable.
- In case the participant receives a visa refusal, the full trip package fee will be refunded. Additional costs for the visa & appointment fees charged by the embassy, or the translation fee, will not be refunded. The refund request will take 3–4 weeks after the participant submits the completed and fully signed Refund Requested Form.
- The visa processing time ranges from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the documentation and the invitation letter from Australia. The visa result is subject to the embassy’s assessment. Our team will try our best to process your visa application.
- The participant must ensure that all documents and information submitted for the trip arrangement are up to date and correct. We are not responsible for any issues caused by false or outdated documents or information provided by the participant.
- All participants must follow the organiser’s schedule, depart and return on the same date with no extension, and not be allowed out of the group without prior permission.
- We reserve the right to decide on flight details, including, but not limited to, schedule, class, layovers, and luggage conditions. Participants have the right to choose a different trip package or flight arrangement.
- We reserve the right to change the travel schedule and/or any activities in the itinerary without prior notice.
Additional Fee:
- Visa fee and biometric fee (fingerprint scanning) charged by Embassy and Visa Centre: 210 USD/pax
- Document translation fee: 8 USD per piece (Applied to Cambodia only)
